Wow! What a great read! I don’t normally get a chance to read but when I heard about this new book “Dream So Big” by Christopher Pearman I had to purchase it. Anyhow Christopher Pearman is none other than the father and former manager of the incredibly talented and beautiful Raven-Symoné. In his book, he basically talks about helping your child achieve success no matter what it is they want to do in life and he explains also explains a technique he used called the eight Dream Catchers that is very interesting and something I intend on following with my own children that are interested in pursuing some big dreams! Torn on this look. The earring slash necklace look, we kinda like it but every time I look at one I am so tempted to pull it!!! Ouch!! Rihanna of course can get away with it. This unique piece of jewelry is designed by a woman named Dechel McKillion. You can get them on her website here or at 80’s Purple. If anyone remembers though, an 80’s singer once rocked a similar style and I think it is still big in the goth fashion houses I believe her name was Jane Child and she wore a earnose piece see pic below, that look worked for her definitely. Wonder if that was the inspiration for Ms. McKillion’s work.

Child Please!

Those are the famous words of Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson better know as Chad Ocho Cinco. However many of the women that auditioned for his new reality show “The Ultimate Catch” formerly called “The Tournament” are saying those exact words and aiming them at Mr. Ocho Cinco. Apparently he decided to cut all black females from the show and has kept only Latina and Caucasian women. So some are less than thrilled but it’s just as well girls….now you know what he is all about and therefore shouldn’t waste your time anyway. Everyone has there specific preference so who are we to judge the man. We here at Poshology decided to write about it due to all of the attention it was generating….oh yea and all those angry chics! -

By far one of the best products for oily skin is Zero Oil by Origins™. Our personal favorite! Literally with routine and directed use my skin became accustomed to the treatment to the point that after awhile I didn’t need it nearly as often anymore. I know just carry it as a just in case or for small touch-ups. When used correctly (I have even used it over my make-up for small fixes) it gives your skin a matte like finish and it has a very refreshing feeling without the over drying affect all day long. We love this concept and what a great way to end a dinner or lunch with a few pencil shavings! The concept of this treat is that with your dessert you can be offered assorted flavors of chocolate pencils that vary in intensity along with the sharpener, grate the delicious shavings on your favorite treat (we’re thinking ice cream right about now!) Smell Like A Konvict???

Would you purchase this? No matter how great it smells, the packaging choice is so not appealing at all let alone the name of it. Konvict the new cologne & perfume by rapper/singer Akon. Maybe he should just stick to rapping/singing, not everyone can be a designer. However with all of that being said, some of the proceeds from the purchase of this interesting product will go to Akon’s Konfidence Foundation, dedicated to increasing public awareness of the conditions in Africa. -

The long awaited review of Harmonee Organics. I have had these products for some time now and I wanted to thoroughly get their full use so we could give a completely honest review. With that being said, these products are completely under rated! They do everything that they promise to do and leave you wanting to order more before the first ones run out. Most of the products that were sent for us to try and review were anti-aging products and so we tested some of the products ourselves and we also had a woman in her mid-50’s try them and she absolutely loved them and we could see a definite difference in her skin within a weeks time. We were sent samples from each line; Press Rewind Line tailored to mature, dry and sensitive skin. Puzzled Line tailored to acne, oily and combination skin. Oranges & Sapphires

Bath and Body has introduced a very sexy new scent called Orange Sapphire and Poshologist’s tried it and loved it! Not being the orange scented type of people we thought this scent would be a little over bearing and sickly sweet but when we tested it, we were pleasantly surprised with the light and airy scented fragrance. This particular signature collection of theirs has a whole host of top, middle and base notes, with the top notes consisting of blood oranges, sparkling grapefruit, sparkling peach, mandarin and bergamot amongst other delicious scents. If one had to compare this scent, we would compare it to Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana with a few differences of course including the price. The complete body care line is set to be released on March 29th. We can’t wait until then!
